Why do you want to come back for a second chance?
- Because it was SOOOOO MUCH FUN! I loved taking the pictures every week it gave me a chance to go and do something creative. I also, want to up my call out average and show that I take FIERCE pictures. ; )

Why do you think you deserve to win Cycle 5?
- I think I deserve to win cycle five, because I live for this competition haha, I mean I know this cycle I have been pretty absent, but I LOVE taking the pictures creating a set, finding wordrobe and having my sister play with my makeup. I love the whole aspect of this, I really want to win this one I am going to try my hardest MEL FOR CYCLE 5!

What will you do differently the second time around?
- Have no limitiations to my creativity with my photoshoots, and do what I need to help me win

Favourite of YOUR INTM pictures and why?
-The tourn lover ghost photoshoot, it really showed a lot of raw emotion and fun makeup. the whole aspect of it was cool and I think rocked that photo. (*cough*numberone*cough*)

Least favourite of YOUR INTM pictures and why?
-The one that involed the water, I didn't really enjoy the water in my face and struggled through it

Who would you like to see return?
- CONNAN!!!!! Besides being my awesome best friend, I think he was voted off way to fast I want to see what type of pictures he would take.. and of course my hubbie Killian...

Who do you think doesn't deserve a second chance?
- Uhm, I think everyone deserves a second chance, this is such a trick question. I mean if you dropped out you obviously had a reason so here is your second chance, no one doesn't deserve this.

Any final statements or thoughts about the new cycle?
- This cycle is going to be TOTALLY AWESOME! I can already tell the creativity is going to be amazing, and this is deff going to be "THE" Cycle.

Our youngest contestant ever, Mel started Cycle two in the worst possible place- Bottom 2! She was spared in a non-elimination and was given another chance to showcase her true potential. The next week, she delivered a good picture. Problem was, it didn’t quite fit the brief. This was a red alarm for the judges, causing them to think that Mel was too young to fully grasp mature concepts and relay them to film.



But Mel fought back and showed that she did have the capacity to portray strong emotions, submitting two very interesting and emotive photographs for the next 2 weeks. For these, she received two Top 4 callouts in a row and had a new found confidence and respect from the judges and fans.





Unfortunately, she struggled with the Pyjama shoot and took the brief too literally, dropping back into the Bottom 2. After this, her confidence was knocked. She struggled through the next shoot and was eliminated, much to everyone’s disappointment.





Nominated for Craziest Contestant in the INTM Fiercees, it is clear that Mel is a fan favourite and everyone loves her infectious, fun and bizarre personality. But will she be able to keep her cool under pressure the second time around? Find out soon!
