BumFuck Sunday:

1. Three hours of violin practice to catch up on
2. Exam tomorrow to study for, including memorizing 20 terms and re-reading Beowulf and The Canterbury Tales.
3. NaNoWriMo. I have 4,000 words done, which is more than enough for today and yesterday, but i feel like i've hit a wall and need to push through it before i leave it alone.
4. End of pledging weekend, so a rather important group meeting that I have to interrupt my studies to attend. But there will be bacon.
5. All this, and I'm still really tempted to do my photoshoots tonight.

i think i'm the only person on the face of this earth who enjoys The Canterbury Tales lol

i dont think you should do your shoot until after you get all of your stuff done because i want you to have a great picture and i don't want you to rush it.

and you know that you're sending us all your NaNo when you finish, ok? ok.

i LOVE the Canterbury Tales! Especially in the Middle English, not the corny translations.
Beowulf is not as fun, but it has many literary moments of WOW.

maybe i don't like them cause i'm not an english major?
i would rather reread macbeth AGAIN than read beowulf one more time.

MacBeth is an awesome Shakespeare. Well, all Shakespeare is awesome. But MacBeth, I find, is the easiest to understand and its very short.

Macbeth and Midsummer Nights Dream were def my faves in high school

Ive never actually read julius caesar, but I saw it in the theatre and thought it was excellent.

The only Shakespeare we did in school was The Merchant Of Venice. Or maybe it was the teacher's voice repeating every line, like, three times.

I am sucker for Romeo and Juliet, such a classic.

I'll always love Hamlet, just because its amazing.

Merchant of Venice is one of my least favs.

lmao. Well, "As You Like It" is very similar...because of the cross dressing. But there are very serious moments about brotherly betrayal and lying to one's paramour.
