Regarding the elimination process

Lets discuss it here! I was actually thinking the other day how unconsensus-y it is to have us just all post a call out and average them, eliminating whoever has the worst average. I think we should still average our individual call outs as we always have and use it as the call out order, but when it comes to the actual elimination, actually discuss it and come to a consensus on who should be eliminated (and possibly who should be in the bottom 2 and get the #1 call out) and then Leigh can adjust the call out order accordingly when he posts the elimination. What do you guys think? Other ideas?

I have been thinking about it a lot lately, and i think its a good plan.

maybe we can decide the Top 3 and bottom 3 with our callouts then vote on who should get first and who get eliminated.

my only issue is it may take an extra day for the vote, but im sure we can find a way around it

I'm for whatever keeps the people who should be here here.
I was thinking, in Cycle 3, Killian was kept around for a long-ass time due to the screw-ups of everyone else; someone could have sucked once but he sucked the whole time so the person who did worse was always eliminated even though he had some poorly for weeks.
But I'm not going to tell anyone how to run anything.
