FINAL PHOTOSHOOT!!

Hello Chantal, Connan and Jared and congratulations on making it to the Final 3!

This week, you will be completing your final THREE photoshoots!!!

You will be tested on your commercial and high fashion appeal, as well as your ability to strongly connect with an audience.

Before I explain the shoots, theres another thing I would like you to do this week.

In a few paragraphs, I would like you all to make a speech about why you think we should choose you to be in the Final 2. Id also like you to include who you would like to compete against in the f2 and who you think does not deserve to be there! Send this to me in PM before the due date of the shoots!

Now onto the shoots!


PHOTOSHOOT 1-

Commercial shot.

The biref for this shot is very basic. It is just a plain picture of you jumping up in the air showing off your commercial appeal by being joyous, energetic and all-round happy with the product you are selling- a product of your choice that you will be holding in your hand, whether it be a soft drink, an umbrella etc, the choice is yours! It should look a little something like this:

Think about your composition- your angle, your clothing, your hair, your makeup- as my Yr 12 english teacher always said, KISS- keep it simple stupid!


PHOTOSHOOT 2-

Vogue Cover! From Cycle 2 of INTM.

Youve just scored yourself a Vogue cover!!! Unlike the shoot in cycle 2, I am not going to allocate a different style or emotion to each of you. This is a cover of you being you!!! If you want to be edgy, be edgy, if you want to be pretty and soft, be pretty and soft. It should be mostly a beauty shot, from about the chest or shoulders up. It is really important that you connect with the audience somehow, because that is how you will sell magazines- you want it to pop out in the news stands from the other magazines! You do not need to add the title onto your shot, I will get someone to photoshop all that in!


PHOTOSHOOT 3-


This last shoot was one of our most controversial ever!!! And it certainly isnt designed to make you feel comfortable. Your third shoot is an edgy high fashion beauty shot called...
















FISHY BEAUTY!!!

Thats right guys, its back! You will be doing a beauty shot with a fish or any other type of sea creature on your heads or faces!!
This shot should be as fierce as fierce can be! We want you to pop from the screen and we want that POW factor. Make it edgy, make it strange, make it interesting! You know what beauty means by now- shoulders up!


FOR ALL SHOOTS:

- You may send in as many frames as you like for each shoot! No restrictions!
- You have until SUNDAY next week to submit all shoots. Thats almost 12 days. They dont all have to come at once, you can send them as youve completed them and guys- you do NOT want penalty points this week! So be on time! If you dont think this is enough time, let me know!
-This is the final 3 now guys, so you need to step it UP! The most successful person this week wont be the one with just fierce eyes. You need to think about every element because one off thing in a photo can throw it all off and that could be the difference between you making the final 2 or being eliminated this week! There is no room for mistakes this week and there is no room for blandness and predictability!

i'm really going to have to start these photoshoots asap, its just ive had to do so much other stuff this week i havn't had any free time at all

i know eeek fish! but i have an awesome idea if i can pull it off somehow lol

so i got everything ready to go do the first shoot today and then it started raining LOADS, flood warnings and everything so i aint going outside in the clothes i wanted to wear lol

and my dad has gone somewhere so he cant take me to buy fish

so i shall try and do the vogue shoot today if i can get my work done by a reasonable time lol

I thought about how it could be offensive, like saying your photos smell like period or something, but that's not what I meant. Lol, my bad. xD
